Coconut and Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/8 cup (40g) rolled oats
- 6.7 ounces (200ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup (100g) frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons (10g) unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/8 cup (15g) chopped pecans
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. For a thicker texture, add additional oats and ice cubes, then blend again until well combined.
